Leakage Sensors

TM-VVK2

TM-VVK2 monitors the status of the water leakage sensors connected to the relay. When the sensor becomes wet the resistance decreases and the alarm relay will be activated. Also the sensor circuit is monitored.

TM-VVA, TM-VVN

TM-VVA and TM-VVN sensors will be used with TM-VVK2. The sensors can be installed on the floor and TM-VVN also on the bottom of the pipe monitoring possible condensation

TM-MIO12-V

TM-MIO 12-V is an I/O module for Modbus that reads four analogue inputs (0-10 VDC) or four digital inputs. Each individual input can be set to work as an analogue or digital input. The module can control thermal or 3-point actuators and also four 0-10 VDC analogue outputs.

TM-MIO12-Pt

TM-MIO 12-Pt is an I/O module for Modbus that reads four Pt1000 inputs or four digital inputs. Each individual input can be set to work as an analogue or digital input. The module can control thermal or 3-point actuators and also four 0-10 VDC analogue outputs.

TM-MIO12-NILG

TM-RY1-U

TM-RY 1-U are voltage controlled relay with 0-10 VDC input.

TM-FCRY3

TM-FCRY 3 is a 3-speed relay unit for controlling fan coils (fan speed). TM-FCRY 3 is for 0-10 VDC input and TM-FCRY 3-R is for 3-7 kOhm input.

TM-JY

TM-JY is a switch mode power supply module, which converts a 24 Vac or 24 Vdc supply voltage into a lower DC voltage. Output voltage can be selected by a jumper. When ADJ is selected the output voltage can be adjusted between 3.6?24V by using the ADJ trimmer potentiometer. The output voltage is available when the lamp is on. The output of max. 1A is short-circuit protected.

TM-STS4

TM-STS 4 is controlling electric power by using, one time proportional step via a solid state relay, and 0?3 contactor steps via relays. The function of TM-STS 4 is controlled by a 0-10V input signal from the temperature controller.

TM-BAK64

Binary step controller for controlling electric heating power. It can be used with all systems with 0-10V outputs. Relays like AR1 or RY1 are needed for making contact outputs. Power steps must be in binary sequence e.g 1,2,4,8,16,32 kW.

TM-PR

The solid state relay PR 10/440 is designed for applications with continuous on/off switching. The load side and control side are galvanically isolated from each other.

The TM-AST20_21 thermal actuators are designed for controlling control valves in HVAC automation systems. The thermal actuator can be controlled by 230 VAC ON/OFF signal or PWM signal.

TM-AST40_41

The TM-AST40_41 thermal actuators are designed for controlling control valves in HVAC automation systems. The thermal actuator can be controlled by 24 VAC ON/OFF signal or PWM signal.

TM-A405_415

The TM-A405_415 thermal actuators are designed for controlling control valves in HVAC automation systems. The thermal actuator can be controlled by 24 VAC ON/OFF signal or PWM signal.

TM-APR40405

The TM-APR 40405 thermal actuators are designed for controlling control valves in HVAC automation systems. The thermal actuator can be controlled by 0-10 VDC signal.

TM-TH5

The TM-TH5 is a surface mounted driver that can drive several parallel connected thermal actuators

TM-NV2

The 2-way valves with different sizes and different Kvs values for HVAC applications are availabel. Valves can be used for controlling heating and cooling. A VA80 adaptor is needed for connecting a NV valve with a BA actuator.

TM-MV

The TM-MV solenoid valves are designed for building automation needs of the water control, for example in heating and cooling systems. The valves basic models work in zero pressure difference and the valves are normally closed.
