TMP-2000-HA

The TM-MIC-U1000HM is an ultrasonic clamp-on heat/energy meter that uses ultrasound to measure flow rate and PT100 temperature sensors to measure flow and return temperatures. The TM-MIC-U1000HM displays energy rate and totalised energy with pulse output and Modbus communication, so it can be used as a standalone meter or as an integral part of an aM&T or BEM?s system. Simple to install ? clamp-on to the pipe, set the pipe diameter and connect the power, no specialist skills or tools required and Modbus compatible.

TM-WBU

Produal Proxima® TM-WBU wireless base unit is designed for Produal wireless network. The base unit supports the following communication protocols: Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP. The base unit is built on the Produal PUMP® platform and can be expanded with additional modules for added functionality.


The base unit settings can be configured with Produal MyTool® Android application which speeds up the commissioning. The device configuration can be saved to Produal MyCloud cloud service by using the application.

TM-WTR

Produal Proxima® TM-WTR wireless transmitters are for detecting indoor temperature, humidity and CO2 levels. The transmitters can also have a multifunctional button and display. Some functions like CO2 measurement require 24 V supply voltage. Transmitters are compatible with the Produal Proxima® MESH wireless network.

The information is transmitted to the base unit according to the base unit poll interval or when the information changes. You can set the smallest change in the value that is send to the base unit.
The wireless network needs one base unit. Commissioning is done by using Produal MyTool® smart phone application.

TM-CU

Produal Proxima™ CU control unit is designed especially for more advanced room and zone control applications that demand more functionality than traditional controllers. The control unit supports the following communication protocols: Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, BACnet MSTP and BACnet IP. The control unit is built on the Produal PUMP™ platform and can be expanded with additional modules for added functionality.
The control unit is equipped with two separate control loops and a cascade controller loop. The unit has three operation modes for energy saving control functions. The outputs, set points and the controller dead zone can be configured differently for each operation mode.
The control unit outputs are multifunctional, and they support 0...10 Vdc, 0...20 mA and 24 Vac actuators with different output functions, such as heating, cooling, 6-way valve control, 3-point actuator, fan speed or VAV.
The control unit inputs are multifunctional, and they support passive NTC10 or PT1000 sensors, 0...10 Vdc transmitter signals and contact functions. The input functions can be selected separately for each input e.g. for temperature and CO2 measurement or contact functions for operation mode changes, output override or alarm functions etc.
The control unit settings can be configured with Produal MyTool™ Android application which speeds up the commissioning. The controller configuration can be saved to Produal MyCloud cloud service by using the application.
Up to two Produal Proxima™ RU room units can be connected to one control unit for controlling up to two rooms from the same unit.



TM-RU

Produal Proxima® TM-RU is a simple room unit designed to be used with the Produal Proxima® CU control units or as Modbus RTU device. It has a built-in temperature sensor and a set point knob. The set point knob has an endless rotation function and the set point value can be reset via the building management system. The indicator lights indicate the current temperature set point.


The Produal Proxima® TM-RU is built on Produal PUMP® (Produal Unified and Modular Platform), and can be equipped with expansion modules for added functionality. The room unit connects to the Produal Proxima® CU with 4 wires. The cable between the room unit and control unit should be 2 x twisted pair or equivalent. One pair for Modbus communication and one pair for supply voltage.

TM-OR-PVC

The primary wetted parts are PVC, Teflon for compatibility with water and liquid chemicals. They are perfect for difficult environments where aluminum, stainless steel or brass is not appropriate. They are very popular in water purifications systems.

With standard differential pressure ranges from 0-10 to 0-30 psid, they handle the bulk of filter applications. Other ranges are available upon request. The PVC filter gauge bodies handle up to 200 psi pressures. Metal pressure bodies are optional to handle up to 3000 psi line pressures.

The dials, made from durable ABS plastic, measure up to 3.5” diameter. Switches are standard options to alert users of alarm conditions and transmitters are also available upon request. Accuracy is 2% and 5% F.S. and each unit is calibrated to NIST standards.

The units come with 1/8 inch or 1/4 inch female NPT process ports. Manifold mounting ports are also available. C-clamps are available to mate to panels.
