Room Units

TM-ROU

TM-ROU is an advanced room unit designed to be used with the middle roof control units. The basic room unit includes temperature measurement. Other measurements like CO2 or PIR can be bought as options.
NOTE: ROU works as a master in Modbus network.

TM-TRI

The TM-TRI-1R series Modbus / BACnet Touchscreen user interfaces provide modern looking low profile user interface and I/O-module for flush mounting in room spaces. The TRI-1R series interfaces have attractive 3.5" backlit touchscreen with smart designer interface. The MOD models have built-in Modbus RTU communications and the BAC models provide BACnet MS/TP communications.

TM-TRT

The TM-TRT-1R series smart thermostats offer a modern flush mounted slim design look for heating or cooling control. The thermostats can be used for various zone or underfloor heating/cooling control applications. All TRT-1R series thermostats have 3.5" backlit colour touchscreen. The TRT family covers a wide range of power options. The MOD models have built-in Modbus RTU communications and the BAC models provide BACnet MS/TP communications. The thermostats can also be configured to be used as a lighting and/or air conditioning interface.

Controllers for hidden installation

TM-C230

TM-C230 is a versatile control unit specifically designed for individual room temperature, fan coils, VAV and zone control applications. The control unit can be connected to systems that support Modbus RTU protocol (RS-485).

The control unit settings and output functions can be changed by using the buttons and display on room unit TM-E202 or a configuration unit TM-H203. The controller has two programmable 230 Vac, two 0…10 Vdc outputs and three relays for fan speed control or damper actuators.

TM-C222

TM-C222 is a versatile control unit specifically designed for individual room temperature, VAV and zone control applications. The control unit can be connected to any system that supports Modbus RTU protocol by using the RS-485 connection.
The control unit settings and output functions can be changed by using the buttons and display on room unit TM-E201/E202 or a configuration unit TM-H203. The controller has two programmable 24 Vac, two 0…10 Vdc outputs and a control port for relay TM-RL203.

Room Temperature Controllers

TM-TRC

The TM-TRC-3A series controllers have been designed for climate control in room spaces with modern sharp slim line 3.5" colour touchscreen interface. The controllers have up to two heating and cooling temperature control stages, fan speed control, optional CO2 level and humidity control. The units can be in various climate control applications fan coil units, chilled ceiling and zone heating/cooling systems. The TRC-3A controllers have 3 x analogue 0-10V outputs, two external sensors inputs and one digital input. The controller offers PI-control for accurate energy efficiency. The devices are available with both Modbus RTU and BACnet MS/TP communication.

The TM-HLS 16 is a 1-step floor heating / cooling controller for individual room temperature controlling.

TM-HLS21

TM-HLS 21 is a 2- stage room temperature controller, for heating and cooling, using thermal (PWM) actuators.

TM-HLS33

TM-HLS 33 is a room temperature controller with 2- or 3-stages. One stage is for heating and up to two stages for cooling. These controllers can be used with 0-10V, 3-point or with thermal (PWM) actuators.

TM-HLS44

TM-HLS 44 is an advanced multifunctional controller specifically designed for individual room temperature and zone control applications. Controller has a built-in, galvanic isolated RS-485 channel for communication via Modbus and it can be connected to any supervisory Modbus RTU software / system.

Controller has a built-in, galvanic isolated RS-485 channel for communication via Modbus and it can be connected to any supervisory Modbus RTU software / system. (Light and Damper)

TM-HLS 44-3P

The TM-HLS 44-3P is a versatile room controller for individual room temperature and VAV control applications. The controller can be connected to any system that supports Modbus RTU protocol by using the RS-485 connection. Controller supports 0...10 V controlled actuators and/or thermal actuators or 3-point actuators.

TM-HLS 44-6W

The TM-HLS 44-6W is a versatile room controller for individual room temperature and VAV control applications. The controller can be connected to any system that supports Modbus RTU protocol by using the RS-485 connection. The bus is galvanically isolated from the controller‘s other electronics. (6-way valve controlling)

TM-HLS 44-CO2

The TM-HLS 44-CO2 is a multifunctional controller designed especially for individual room temperature and zone control applications. Controller has a built-in CO2 sensor and a galvanically isolated RS-485 connection for Modbus RTU communication.

TM-HLS45

TM-HLS 45 is a versatile room controller for individual room temperature and VAV control applications. The TM-HLS45 is excellent for both 2-pipe FCU and floor heating and cooling applications. The controller has a galvanically isolated RS-485 connection for Modbus RTU communication.

TM-HS 2.2-M is a universal Modbus controller designed for HVAC applications. It can be used for controlling e.g. pressure, differential pressure, temperature or illumination level. Display is possible to scale according to the measurement.
