TM-RFI-DXN

The TM-RFI-DXN Portable Ultrasonic Flow Meter is a true hybrid ultrasonic flow meter, capable of measuring liquid flow with multiple technologies, including: Doppler, Transit Time and Liquid Thermal (Heat Energy) Flow. The TM-RFI-DXN has a number of advanced features that allow the user to obtain accurate readings while capturing flow surges and high-speed batch operations. TM-RFI-DXN captures and records multiple application parameters at one time with an easy-to-use data logging function and provides the power to verify and troubleshoot permanent flow installations with ease.

TM-MIC-TTFM

Accurately measure the flow rate of relatively clean, non-aerated liquids like potable water, raw water, cooling water, de-ionized or reverse-osmosis water, oils and chemicals in full pipes. Ultrasonic transducers mount on the outside of a pipe without shutting down flow. Flow rate is displayed on the large, backlit display, along with total volume, signal strength, relay status, and other diagnostic values. Use the built-in control relays as flow alarms or volume totalization. Connect the isolated 4-20mA output to PLC‘s or controllers. A 128MB data logger is standard, capable of capturing up to 26 million data points. Optional MODBUS RTU via RS-485 available for connection to automation systems.

TM-MIC-U1000MKII-FM

The TM-MIC-U1000MKII-FM ultrasonic flow and energy meters clamp onto the outside of pipes and do not contact the internal liquid. The technology has inherent advantages over alternate devices including: low-cost installation, no pressure head loss, no moving parts to maintain or replace, no fluid compatibility issue. TM-MIC-U1000 is available for pipe diameters from 50 mm up to 150 mm.

TM-MIC-U1000MKII-HM

The TM-MIC-U1000MKII-HM is an ultrasonic clamp-on heat/energy meter that uses ultrasound to measure flow rate and PT100 temperature sensors to measure flow and return temperatures. The TM-MIC-U1000MKII-HM displays energy rate and totalised energy with pulse output and Modbus communication, so it can be used as a standalone meter or as an integral part of an aM&T or BEM's system. Simple to install, clamp-on to the pipe, set the pipe diameter and connect the power, no specialist skills or tools required and Modbus compatible.

TM-MIC-D550

ultrasonic clamp on flow meter, principle: Doppler, with one sensor, pipe diameters 12,5 mm to 4,5 m, for clear liquids, output signals: 4-20 mA, pulses, RS232, USB, flow rate range: 0,03 to 12,2 m/s, for liquids with solids or bubbles

TM-MIC-UF-D5000

ultrasonic clamp on flow meter, principle: Doppler, with one sensor, pipe diameters 12,7 mm to 4,5 m, for clear liquids, output signals: 4-20 mA, pulses, RS232, USB, flow rate range: 0,03 to 12,2 m/s, for liquids with solids or bubbles, standard 2 relay contacts, option: 4 relay contacts

TM-MIC-DS200

Mount the TM-MIC-DS200 ultrasonic sensor on the outside of metal or plastic pipes. The sensor continuously injects high frequency sound through the pipe wall and into the moving fluid where acoustic pulses are reflected back to the sensor from particles or bubbles in the fluid. Flow rates of most liquids can be accurately controlled including acids, caustics, lubrication fluids, chemicals, abrasives, waste water and sludge. There are no moving parts and no sensor maintenance is required. The compact, water tight electronics enclosure includes adjustable controls with separate ON and OFF relay set-points and time delay. A LED bargraph for flow rate and set points plus relay status are included.

TM-MIC-AVFM

Area - Velocity flow meter, monitor flows through partially full pipes or open channels, eliminates the need for flumes or weirs, automatic temperature compensation, measurement of level, flow and velocity, velocity range: 0,08 to 12,2 m/s, for clear liquids, output signals: 3 x 4-20 mA, 2 relay contacts

TM-MIC-SR

Portable Area/Velocity meter, measurement of velocity, level and temperature, velocity range: 0,03 to 3 m/s, logger inverval: adjustable 10 secs at 15 days up to 20 mins at 4 years, data capacity: up to 130.000 data points

TM-RFI-DFSN

The TM-RFI-DFSN hybrid flow meter utilizes both Doppler and transit time ultrasonic sound technologies. This dual technology allows the Fusion to accurately measure the volumetric flow of clean, solids-bearing or gaseous liquids on full, closed-pipe, systems. It automatically switches and selects the best technology to calculate accurate flow rate and total flow. The flow-through stainless steel sensor withstands adverse flow conditions without clogging, damaging, or effect on accuracy. TM-RFI-DFSN meters are fully calibrated and sensors are pre-installed on a spool piece for easy and quick installation. A simple keypad interface permits measurement unit selection and adjustment of output span.
